Our stay was real good, enjoyed marvellous and large breakfasts.

It was neat and the staff were very amiable, beds were very comfy...

comfortable room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. excellent location, freshly prepared breakfast with meats and lower quality pastry bread. quick check-in, parking nearby.

The accommodation was fine. We came late at night and left early. The proximity to the railway station was a great advantage.

The room was relatively expensive, as the rate didn't include breakfast. The traffic was so noisy.

The units are well-equipped with double bed.

Location: the hotel was really close to city center, Brussels and centre of the city and main shopping street.

Breakfast was okay, the bed was comfortable. Rooms were facing the street, very noisy, but quiet with the windows closed. The communication was a little difficult.

Genarally speaking, everything was ok.

Place, beds, breakfast were great.

The underground car park is a little narrow but OK.

Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Very rich.

The parking fees are very high, 20 €. Once we had to search for a place to park the car as the garage was full.

The breakfast is marvellous and fresh served with meats and lower quality pastry bread, for example. The location is in an exceptionally nice and unbeatable spot close to everything. 1 km away there is Alfalfa Falafel Bar, serving quick meals. This is a hotel go-to for Leuven!

The room is very small.

The breakfast is not included, it costs 18eur. The final invoice is ambigous so it can be difficult to reimburse the expenses in some countries - e.g. in my invoice Novotel charges for the breakfast and then withdraw the charge. What's the reason for that if I didn't have a breakfast? The financial accountant may decide to reduce the perdiems.

Breakfast wass very good. Everything was there. Just a little too crowded because of Easter holidays.

Staff at the reception gave us no information. Though restaurant and cleaning staff work very hard.

Comfortable room for resting after a long day.

The check-in process was painfully slow, taking over 30 minutes with only two guests ahead of us. The noise from the main road was unbearable, even after changing rooms. The staff did not seem to care about my complaints about the noise and the delay.

I appreciated the comfort of the room. Taking a stroll to the city center was nice, allowing me to see a bit more of the area. The breakfast staff were friendly, and the breakfast itself was enjoyable, especially for the kids who ate for free.
